The current Technological Plan for Education has a very significant role in the development strategy of the school cluster of Almancil.

The computers’ and the new technologies’ presence and dependence in the organization of every single aspect of our school’s life, highlights the importance of promotion and encouragement regarding access and broadened use of computers and Internet by all in the school cluster of Almancil, in particular the youth.

It’s about finding various possibilities that allow improving the learning and knowledge processes, through the innovative use of technology in the activities developed by all the educational community.

For the centrality of knowledge and information, it is very important that the use of information technologies is assured in the school, via the work of groups of people and projects associated to the school activities, extra-curricular and extra-school.

The integration of the new technologies in the Public Administration must correspond to the changes of the administrative processes and procedures, which is an example of the ongoing administrative modernization in the school cluster of Almancil.

All these new technologies are also valuable teaching and learning instruments, an irreplaceable mean of access to information and knowledge, being clear that the proficient domain of these tools and the facility of access to these technological means aim to transform themselves in a factor of equality.
